ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

These Usage Guidelines are not exhaustive and MRGI - International™ reserves the right to modify these Usage Guidelines at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Usage Guidelines to www.MRG-International.comcom/aup.pdf. By registering for and using the Services and thereby accepting the terms, you agree to abide by these Usage Guidelines as modified from time to time. Any violation of these Usage Guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account or such other action as MRGI - International™ deems appropriate.

General Responsibilities

MRGI - International expects you, and all other users of the Services, to take responsibility in using the Internet with courtesy and responsibility, and be familiar with and practice good Internet etiquette.

Violation of any of these guidelines is prohibited, and may result in the immediate termination or suspension of the services you receive from MRGI - International.

Cancellations received within 7 days from the date of the consultant (subscriber) agreement are refundable with a $495 early termination and setup fee, all requests must be made in writing and submitted to support@marketingresultsgroup.com. Due to the nature of the intellectual property there are no refunds after 7 days from the date of the contract.

You shall remain solely liable and responsible for your use of the services and any and all content that you display, upload, download or transmit through the use of the services. It is MRGI - International™ policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Subscriber agrees to notify the MRGI - International if email exceeds 10,000 pieces in a 30 day period. At the discretion of the MRGI - International, an additional cost of $.01 per email will be applied for email exceeding this amount.

Illegal Use

MRGI - International™ Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

The following non-exhaustive list details the kinds of illegal or harmful conduct that are prohibited:

" Spamming and all other forms of unsolicited email transmissions.
" Infringement of intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights including, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization.
" Infringement may result from, among other activities, the unauthorized copying and posting of pictures, logos, software, articles, musical works, and videos.
" Transmission or dissemination of, sale, storage or hosting of material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.
" Posting or sending of software or technical information in violation of United States laws.
" Disseminating or hosting harmful content including, without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, program, data or personal information.
" Offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (i.e., make money fast schemes, chain letters, pyramid schemes), or furnishing false data on any signup form, contract or online application or registration, or the fraudulent use of any information obtained through the use of the Services, including without limitation use of false or stolen credit card numbers.
" MRGI - International™ reserves the right to restrict or prohibit any and all uses of the Services or content on our Web site(s) and to remove such materials from our servers, that MRGI - International™ determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to its servers, systems, network, reputation, goodwill, other MRGI - International™ customers, or any third party.

System and Network Security

Violations of MRGI - International's™ or any third party's server, system or network security through the use of the Services are prohibited, and may result in criminal and/or civil liability. MRGI - International™ may investigate incidents involving such violations and will involve and will co-operate with law enforcement agencies if a criminal violation is suspected.

Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

" Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the systems, or network;
" Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
" Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mailbombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
" Intentional interference also means the use of any kind of program/script/command, or sent messages of any kind, designed to interfere with a user's terminal session, via any means, locally or by the Internet.
" Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on the Services such as timing out.
" If approached with complaints relating to any of the above violations, MRGI - International™ will cooperate and assist the police and law enforcement bodies with their investigations in order to bring such misuse and violations to an end.

System Performance

MRGI - International™ considers that any application that overloads the MRGI - International™ Network by whatever means will be considered as making reckless use of the MRGI - International™ Network and as such is not allowed. MRGI - International™ may prohibit the running of any such application which, in its sole judgment, endangers the stability or performance of the MRGI - International™ network.
Use of IP multicast other than by means provided and coordinated by MRGI - International™ is likewise prohibited.

INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A MRGI - International™ CUSTOMER OR A CUSTOMER'S END USER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY BY SUCH CUSTOMER OR END USER.
